02 — The branch

The trailer arrives. The team unloads.

After the road from our Riyadh warehouse, the goods reach one of 18 branches across Saudi Arabia. Cartons come off the truck and onto the floor — ready for the shops and vans that buy from us.

Foodstuffs

Staples and daily grocery lines, off the truck and onto supermarket and wholesale shelves.

Sweets and chocolates

Confectionery and chocolate ranges that leave the aisle first and turn over quickly.

03 — The counter

Orders are taken. Partners are served.

At the branch counter, supermarket buyers, van sellers and fellow wholesalers tell us what to fill. The team writes the order and treats every ticket as a relationship.

04 — The van

Pickers pull the cartons. The customer's van is loaded.

Inside the branch, the team picks what was ordered. Cartons leave the aisle and go into the buyer's van — supermarket, van seller or fellow wholesaler — so the next stop is their floor, not ours.

Pickers take the lines from shelves already filled by the inbound trailer.

Load the van

Cartons go from the aisle into the customer's vehicle at the door.

One stop

05 — The warehouse

Vendors arrive. The receiving team takes in the bulk.

Before any branch can fill an order, the central warehouse in Riyadh takes in trailers from suppliers. The receiving team checks the load, stages the cartons, and keeps the network stocked.

From this yard the goods move out again — to 18 branches, then to the shops and vans that buy from us.

Dock inbound

Vendor trailers reverse to the yard. The team takes the bulk off the truck.

Check the load

Counts, condition and original goods — confirmed before anything is staged.

Stage the stock

Palletised lines go into the warehouse, ready for the next branch run.

Feed the network

From this yard the goods move out to 18 branches across the Kingdom.
